John Boos Pro Chef Butcher Block is made of solid hard maple and stands 34" high. The 10" end grain work surface is easy on knives and resists nicks and gouges. Models sized 24" x 18" and larger come with a Wooden Knife Holder (as shown in photo). Knife holder is not available for 18" x 18" model due to size. Sizes Available: Model PCA1 - Work Surface: 18" x 18" (knife holder not available for this size) Model JB-PCA2 - Work Surface: 24" x 18" Model JB-PCA3 - Work Surface: 24" x 24" Model JB-PCA4 - Work Surface: 30" x 24" Model JB-PCA5 - Work Surface: 30" x 30" All models are available with 2" round casters for an additional $49.00.
